I’m Brandon “DonnyCal” Calhoun, a self-taught painter, designer, and photographer from Houston, Texas. My passion for art is deeply rooted in my love for God and His creation. Every brushstroke, design, and photograph I create is an attempt to reflect His beauty, tell meaningful stories, and inspire change.

Since discovering my love for painting in 2015, I’ve been on a relentless journey to grow as an artist. My style combines animals, nature, text, and other elements to create visually compelling narratives that spark emotion, challenge perspectives, and connect with people in a way that words sometimes can’t.

Beyond painting, I’m also passionate about UI/UX design and photography. My background in these fields has shaped the way I approach composition, balance, and storytelling—whether in a digital interface, a photograph, or on canvas.

At the heart of everything I do is a desire to glorify God through my creativity. I believe art has the power to move people, and I want to use my gifts to inspire, encourage, and bring light into the world.
